About
Original Korean home-style ramyun recipes, tested at home and written in clear English.
In Korea, almost nobody cooks instant ramyun exactly the way the package says. People add an egg at just the right moment, mix two brands together, stir in cheese or bean sprouts, or turn the soup into a stir-fry. Those small tricks rarely make it into English.
Entrypoint2Korea is where I share my own ramyun recipes, built on those home-kitchen habits, so anyone, anywhere, can cook them.
How the recipes are made
- My own recipes. Every recipe on this site is written by me, and every photo is my own.
- Tested in a real kitchen. Each recipe is cooked and re-tested before it is published, and the steps are adjusted for ingredients you can find outside Korea.
- Easy to follow. Measurements are given in grams and milliliters, with notes on substitutes.
