Uses Shin Ramyun

A bowl of red ramyun soup topped with soybean sprouts, sliced chilies, garlic, and scallions

Steps

  1. Bring 600 ml of water to a boil. Add the soup base and dried vegetable packets.

  2. Add the noodle block and the bean sprouts together. Boil for about 3 minutes.

  3. Add the garlic, chili, and gochugaru if using. Cook for 1 more minute.

  4. Turn off the heat, top with scallions, and serve.

Tips

  • Sprouts add water. That is why this recipe uses slightly more water than the package says. The broth stays balanced.
  • Keep the sprouts crunchy. Add them with the noodles and don’t cook them longer than 4 minutes in total.
