Uses Shin Ramyun

A ceramic boul of shin ramyun with a can of tuna chunk, and chopped scallions

Steps

  1. Bring 550 ml of water to a boil in a small pot.

  2. Add the soup base and dried vegetable packets, then the noodle block. Add half the tuna along with the oil from the can. Boil for about 3 minutes.

  3. Turn off the heat and pour the ramyun into a bowl.

  4. Lay the remaining tuna on top of the noodles, scatter the scallions, and drizzle 1 teaspoon of sesame oil in a circle around the bowl.

Tips

  • Eat the tuna chunks with the broth. The nutty sesame oil and the mellowed broth go perfectly with the tuna, and they leave your stomach feeling warm and comfortable.
  • Finish with rice. After you finish the noodles, add a scoop of cooked rice to the leftover broth. It keeps you full for a long time.
